The Latino Leadership Network (LLN) is a business resource group for people working in Washington State government. We are Latinos and allies working to build, connect, and inspire our peers and people seeking to join public service. We are driven to prepare outstanding Latino leaders and a qualified workforce that will serve our state today and tomorrow.

Supporting our Voices, Empowering Rights, and Engaging Indigenous Governance. It is a new Business Resource Group that launched on October 15, 2024. SOVEREIGN’S mission is to empower American Indian and Alaska Native employees, partners, and allies within the Washington State government by providing resources, support, and advocacy.

The Washington State LGBTQ+ Business Resource Group, RAIN (Rainbow Alliance and Inclusion Network), established via Governor’s Directive 16-11, is focused on advising and developing strategies for creating safe, diverse, and inclusive workplaces for our LGBTQ+ employees, allies, and customers

The VERG exists to help integrate veterans, service members, and spouses in state employment. As a community, the VERG provides advice and assistance to state agencies on veteran recruitment, retention, and development strategies.

Representation matters! Our community has a rich heritage and history. The HAPPEN BRG collective consists of over 100 countries and islands. This can make it difficult to know what is HAPPENing in every community across the state that we proudly represent.

WIN strives to expand opportunities for immigrants who are current and future employees within Washington state government. Serve as a resource for all immigrants who are state employees to connect, share, and educate each other and Washington state agencies on the skills, expertise and cultural value of a diverse workforce.
