Devon Brim
Chair
Devon Brim is a Senior Human Resource Consultant for the Department of Children, Youth, and Families and a community leader focused on developing people, strengthening organizations, and building sustainable leadership systems. He currently supports workforce strategy and talent management with a primary focus on the Washington State’s juvenile rehabilitation system, where he leads initiatives that improve recruiting, hiring, structure, and community engagement.
As Chair of BUILD, Devon is committed to creating clarity, accountability, and meaningful engagement across teams, with a focus on leadership development and cultural connection. His work centers on helping individuals and organizations move from intention to execution through structured systems and purpose-driven leadership.
Outside of his professional work, Devon is a devoted father who values faith, family, and legacy as the foundation of everything he builds.
